Talk With NickNick grew up in small-town Iowa, where his father ran a small business. From an early age, he saw what it takes to keep a company running, and how much of an owner’s week goes to books, payroll, and paperwork instead of customers.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Iowa State University in 2007 and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the UNLV Lee Business School in 2012. His career has spanned private equity, real estate brokerage and land development, and he has spent more than ten years consulting with small businesses. Along the way he has also run his own ventures in pool cleaning, property management and real estate project management.
He founded Your Personal Back Office so entrepreneurs can focus on their clients, not their finances, with senior-level expertise at a price that makes sense for a growing business. Nick lives in San Diego with his wife and three children.
